How can I buy an item from Maato?

You can browse our website Maato.com and select the item/s you want to buy before checking out. We require the exact zip code or pin code and other specific delivery details. How much does it cost to deliver to my residence or chosen delivery address?

Currently, we charge $30 for delivery. 

 

Where and how many countries can Maato deliver products to?

Maato can deliver products to your doorstep in your country of residence and we ship to most countries. We use premium courier services such as DHL and FedEx, etc for our international deliveries.

 

How soon can Maato deliver to where I live?

We can deliver international orders between 5 and 8 business days. It may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver products to remote locations. If the product needs to be made by hand, it may take longer and the customer will be informed.

 

Are my transactions and card details secure on Maato?

Maato.com is secured by an SSL encryption ensuring high level of security. All your data and transaction details are received through SSL protocol.

 

What do I do if my payment is deducted but my order is not placed or email confirmation of order is not received?

Can I do a guest checkout on Maato?

Maato does not allow guest checkout. This feature is deemed risky for high end products such as ours - the risk lying in possible fraudulent activities from theft of email/contact to credit card details. Hence, you need to create an account to place your order.

 

Can I modify the order I have placed on Maato?

At present, you can only make some modifications to your order before our courier service picks it up for shipping such as exchanging ordered items and changing the name of recipient and delivery address. However, you cannot decrease the amount of items purchased and change the recipient and delivery address once the shipment has flown out of Nepal.
